The Gran Bahia Principe Coba Resort offers casual buffet-style dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of indoor, air-conditioned or outdoor terrace dining. International a la carte dining venues are available for lunch and dinner. Several outdoor bars offer snacks throughout the day along with your favorite beverages (surcharges apply for international brands). Live shows and special theme nights are presented nightly at the amphitheatre, and several bars feature live music every evening.
Restaurants
There are many options for dining, both buffet style and a la carte.
 The main restaurant is a large international buffet, offering an amazing array of choices and incorporating show cooking stations.
There are four a la carte specialty restaurants, featuring seafood, Meditteranean and Japanese specialties and an International gourmet spot.
In addition, guests are welcome to sample the cutting edge Asian offerings of The Oriental, located in the Dona Isabel Hacienda complex.
A la carte restaurants all require advance reservations and have a resort casual dress code.
With a total of eight bars on the hotel grounds, you will never go thirsty here! There are two swim-up bars in the pools, a beach bar incorporated into the snack bar (open 24 hours), a Jacuzzi bar, Lobby bar with live music nightly, Hollywood show bar at the amphitheatre, the club golden bar and a piano bar. In addition, there is a sports bar and a disco at the Hacienda Dona Isabel.
La Rancherita Disco
Located in the Hacienda Dona Isabel, with murals of hand-painted tropical fruits in electric colors, the La Rancherita disco is the premiere night-spot for the hotel guests and other visitors. Hotel guests are granted free admission with complimentary local beverages. Themed parties and contests are organized nightly.

Gran Bahia Principe Coba Activities
Enjoy Gran Bahia Principe Coba's Facilities: a main swimming pool in the shape of a lake for activities, with a special area for children; two relaxation pools with jacuzzi, both with children's section (one of these is exclusively for guests of the Club Hacienda Príncipe) and a gigantic open-air jacuzzi; a large solarium with sunloungers and sunshades; private beach; towel service at pools and beach. Mini club for children. Amphitheatre for shows and performances. Three tennis courts, a water sports centre and a gym. Shops offer emergency items as well as gifts. Very extensive natural surroundings and meeting rooms with top quality furnishings.
Bahia Principe Coba offers the facilities of a Mini-Club called "El Principito" for the enjoyment and healthy entertainment of children, located next to the amphitheatre right on the beach, very near the central swimming-pool. It has furniture designed with children in mind, mini baths and a wide variety of games and activities. The entire area is properly closed off for the children's safety and has shaded areas to protect them from the Caribbean sun. Bahia Principe Coba's monitors speak several languages.
The club also organises evening activities including a children's show. Use of the children's club is subject to specific rules that parents must respect to guarantee their children's complete safety.

GENERAL RULES
* All children who participate in the Bahia Principe Coba Mini-Club must be handed over by their parents or relatives, who must inform the educator who will come to collect them. Under no circumstances must the children be allowed to go on their own or with a stranger.
* The parents or person responsible for the children must sign a form exempting the hotel from liability in the event of any incident.
* Parents are advised to protect their children against the sun's rays and ensure they wear T-shirts, caps, and sunscreen.
