Aroma Restaurant is specialized in enological cuisine, which means that wine participates in all the different recipes as a ingredient following the traditional culinary practices as soaking, marinade, dresses, etc.

Wine plays a very important role as in the cooking as in the restaurant, and that’s why our Aromas Wine List include a large selection of wines from the entire world, with special attention to the wines coming from Mexico.
