This is my third time at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall, and it lived up to expectations. The help staff is very good, friendly and accommodating (although it seemed at times that the staff had been thinned; probably because of the time of the year). I would definitely recommend the resort to friends and family. And while my contact with Berwick Travel was limited a friend with whom I traveled handled most of the arrangements I was very satisfied with the results.

 The Iberostar Grand Rose Hall features 293 oversized suites and 2 presidential suites. All have AC, flat-screen TV with DVD player, CD clock/radio, safety box, telephone, iPod/MP3 compatible docking station.

“All Inclusive” service including all meals, entertainment, activities and a great deal more. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the main buffet. Breakfast and lunch are also offered at the Snack Restaurant located by the pool.
All Inclusive service, 24 hours a day: mini-bar, room service and butler. Buffet
Restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering a variety of Jamaican and
International dishes. For dinner, there are 4 a la carte restaurants with different
specialties (reservations required, dress code applies): Gourmet, Japanese, Steak
House and Italian. We also have 6 bars, serving International and domestic beer
brands and fine wine, plus Premium brand liquors. Additionally, guests enjoy dine
around privileges throughout the entire Rose Hall Beach & Spa Resort. (Previous arrangements needed.)

The Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall is beautiful, staff courteous & entertaining, pools are nice, and the beach is clean. All employees go out of their to be nice and ask if you need anything which is refreshing. The Gourmet & Japanese restaurants were our favorites. I'd recommend the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall to anyone who needs to take a break.
Unlike most resorts in Mexico, you do not have to worry about salespeople attempting to sell you a timeshare which was the best piece of mind for us.
