“Hot tubs and Hammocks” is how one of our guests summarized the atmosphere at El Dorado Royale. We concur. Rest, relaxation and romance is our motto and it was weaved into every aspect of the property including the suites, as this is an all suite resort.

The decoration of its 385 Junior Suites was inspired by local Mexican motifs, providing for a wonderfully balanced atmosphere. Each of the suites has indoor Jacuzzis so you can extend your soaking pleasure into the privacy of your accommodations. All rooms feature lovely wooden furniture including king size or double beds, nightstands, and desk. To cool down from the warm tropical breeze, each room has individually controlled air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Other conveniences include a radio and alarm clock, safety deposit box, private bath or shower, color satellite TV, amenity kit, ironing board with iron, minibar and coffee maker. Finally, every terrace brings chairs and a hammock…there is nothing quite as relaxing as being swung softly by a gentle on-shore breeze.

JACUZZI JUNIOR SUITE GARDENVIEW, All Junior suites have a king size bed or 2 double beds, marble floors. All rooms feature lovely wooden furniture including nightstands and desk. Mini bar, in room-double Jacuzzi, private terrace with a hammock.

Along with all the standard furnishings, the Casita suites feature high ceilings with a thatched roof, double sink, full bath and shower, an ocean view indoor Jacuzzi, an oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the Caribbean and a DVD player with a selection of some DVD's. We know that there will be days or special occasions when you will not feel like visiting one of the restaurants. In the room, a refrigerator is stocked and replenished daily with water, soft drinks and beer.


Lastly, perhaps the most unique and popular attribute of the Casita suites is the open air shower, which we call Aguas del Amor. Reservations
How early should you arrive for your appointment? Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We also recommend that you take a 20-minute sauna or steam bath prior to your treatment(s).
Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we require a 12-hours notice for cancellations or for appointment changes. Without this advance notification you will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) fee.

When making your appointment please be sure to let us know the gender preference of your therapist. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Overall a great trip and it's tough adjusting to being back home!

We stayed at El Dorado Royale and after booking read some online reviews of the resort. I would like to respond to a couple reviews that felt the food was only ok and that serving sizes were small. Yes, portions are smaller than us Americans are used to, but we found them to be perfect. You could actually eat a salad, entree and dessert (which is what their Gourmet Inclusive concept is all about) with a couple drinks and not feel uncomfortable. I would say this is the perfect amount of food, especially when you spend 90% of the day in a swimsuit! The food quality we also found to be excellent with beautiful presentation.

El Dorado Royale's pools and gardens were beautiful, housekeeping was efficient and non-intrusive. Concierge service very good. The resort was large enough that it didn't feel crowded, but small enough that you could walk anywhere you wanted to go.

I would also like to say that this is our second trip with Berwick Travel and once again we were 100% satisfied. We referred another couple who traveled with us this time, they too were happy with the ease of using Berwick Travel. Thanks to Tracy, Berwick Travel, and El Dorado Royale for making our adult getaway flawless!
