Riu Palace Punta Cana was the best vacation experience we have ever had, and we are very well seasoned travelers. From walking up the steps to enter the resort, to walking back down upon departure the staff was attentive and friendly. Not an unhappy employee to be found! They were all very respectful and were sure to use our last names the next time they greeted us.
