$200 Resort Coupons
Spa treatment coupons are broken down in two coupons worth $40 and one coupon worth $20. Only one coupon can be redeemed per spa treatment. To use coupons for romantic dining, one $40 coupon and one $20 coupon may be combined, resulting in a total discount of $60 off one romantic dining experience. When using coupons towards wine purchases, only coupons worth $10 may be used and can not be combined, therefore one $10 coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine.

Secrets St James Preferred Club was exceptional. The beach, reef off the beach with coral and beautiful fish was awesome, the exceptional locale of Secrets St. James and Secrets Wild Orchid is unbelievable!! Our rooms were not as large at St James compared to Iberostar but we loved, loved, loved, our pool, bars, our private bar and wonderful snacks in the preferred lounge, and we loved the way the location of the restaurants in these two resorts gives one the feeling of being in a village with shops, restaurants, and bars. We loved the very friendly employees of Secrets St. James. A memorable vacation.

Secrets Wild Orchid is great. i have seen negative reviews on Trip Advisor. Not true. The staff is great. Only issue was checking in. There is no one to help you. We will send pictures. Tell everyone to go to the rock jetty at the Exellence Club to see at least 50 star fish and stingrays. Thanks.

Secrets Wild Orchid's rooms are just as they were pictured and the beds were so comfortable. If you leave items at home they provide soaps, toothbrush, toothpaste, sunscreen and other essentials that are handy if you forget anything. The location was great, the staff was great, the drinks were great and the Entertainment Crew is amazing!
The food at the restaurants was mediocre at best. There was not a very big selection. They need to incorporate a better selection of food items. They are working hard on fumigation and the problem didn't ruin our holiday. My only suggestion would be to do the fumigation at night vice during the day especially when it's done around food items they saw the fumes is non toxic but it does have a horrible smell the place is totally smoky when the fumigation is done. We were prepared for the mosquitoes and hardly got bitten we researched how to protect against them, bug spray, citronella candles and fly spray and it seemed to work in the room.
The staff really does make this hotel, and they cannot do enough for you. They all seem to work so hard. I would like to acknowledge the following staff member's Billy Love when we lost our luggage he went out of his way to track it down at the airport prior to us leaving the resort to see if it was there this was over and above his required duties! Totally outstanding! The front check-in agent Relaine was amazing! Her customer service skill was off the chart! This young lady deserves a great promotion to include Billy Love also! I would recommend this resort to others.

Secrets St James/Wild Orchid was great. Food was great and the bars were great as well. The staff was awesome and we would go there again. The only suggestions that I would have would be is with the Chinese restaurant, everything says that there are no reservations, but we wanted to have dinner at the hibachi grill and when we went they told us we had to have reservations. The mini bar in the room was nice but when we asked for rum, we could not get it? It was not what we thought we booked, but enjoyed it. The travel agency was a great help.
