Spacious Caribbean Style
Comfortable and cheery, guestrooms at the 430-room Sunset Beach Resort & Spa offers travelers a host of choices. The Beach Wing provides low-rise intimacy, while the 10-story Sunrise and Sunset Towers stand closer to the dynamic lobby area. Colorful island prints offset gracious wood furniture and cool tile floors. Deluxe suites feature hot tubs, multiple balconies and separate living rooms. All accommodations boast amenities such as full baths, hair dryers, telephones with voice mail, satellite television, in-room safes, irons, ironing boards and private balconies. Guestrooms can accommodate three adults, or two adults and two children under 12. Suites welcome four adults or two adults and three kids under 12. Cribs are available.
 Choose from five different categories:
Oceanfront: Each room features a private balcony overlooking the beach. Furnishings include one king or two
double beds. The resort has 130 oceanfront rooms in the Beach Wing and Towers.
Ocean View: Catch a glimpse of the sparkling Caribbean Sea from one of these 99 rooms in the Towers or Beach Wing. Décor includes a private balcony and one king or two double beds.
Bay View: The towers have 80 rooms that showcase Montego Bay and city vistas, all with a private balcony and one king or two double beds.
Resort View: Gaze on the lush hills, tropical gardens or resort views from these 105 Beach Wing or Tower rooms.
Suites: Eight spacious junior suites each contain a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bath and balcony. The one bedroom honeymoon quarters boast whirlpool baths and striking views from multiple balconies and separate living rooms

You’ll never go hungry at Sunset Beach Resort & Spa. Need an afternoon snack? Try the Beach Bar & Grill for Jerk Chicken and other classic favorites. Want an intimate dinner just for two? Say “Ciao” to Botticelli Italian Restaurant. And if Chinese is what you’re craving, slip in to Silk Road. Bountiful buffets at Banana Walk round out the offerings.

Open 7-10am, 12-2.30pm and 6.30-10pm
Cheerful and exuberant, Banana Walk serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet-style, and is best known for its fabulous desserts. Orange walls cradle bright murals, rattan furniture and bright décor.
Botticelli
Daily 6-10pm. Reservations required.
Botticelli serves a variety of delectable pastas, chicken and seafood in a romantic setting.
Silk Road
Daily 6-10:30pm. Reservations required.
Silk Road looks east for fine dining and elegant style, including delicate tea sets and grand circular windows. Chinese classics like stir fry are featured in this pan-Asian and Pacific Rim eatery.

Pirate's Paradise Water Park
 With twists, turns, rides and slides for all ages, the new Pirate’s Paradise Water Park at Sunset Beach Resort & Spa is the coolest way to spend a vacation in Jamaica. Guests will spend the day drifting lazily under the warm Caribbean sun or relaxing on Buccaneer Beach – complete with ‘dancing water’ fun! Blackbeard’s Lazy River takes guests on a slow trip around the park, so it’s perfect for all ages.
An island of splashes, squirts, slides and waterfalls, the Caribbean Pirate’s Paradise Fort features an exciting 40-foot high Pirate’s Plank Bridge and two rooftop Jacuzzis. Two shooting waterslides - 240 feet in length and 40 feet high - send guests on a zooming good time. Children ages 2-12 flock to the Pirate Ship, which boasts a kid’s section with their very own swimming pool and slide.
The resort’s new kid’s club – Club Mongoose -- is just adjacent to the park. A large Jacuzzi offers respite for the older set. The Pirate’s Cove Teen Center situated alongside the water park and offers arcade games and pool tables. With over an acre of swerves, curves, waves and chutes, Sunset Beach Resort & Spa offers fun for the whole family.
