You will receive an email within one business day as your receipt. Please ensure that the confirmation you received from us is accurate (spelling of names, travel dates, room category, etc.) BEFORE submitting payment. Changes made after payment processes may incur a penalty.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The card security code is located on the back of credit or debit cards and is typically a separate group of 3 digits (4 for Amex) to the right of the signature strip.
IMPORTANT: If this is a check or debit card, please check with your bank that you are not exceeding a daily spending limit on the card. Most banks have a daily limit regardless of amount of funds in the account, and exceeding this limit will cause a decline.
IMPORTANT: Third party credit cards (a card not in the name of one of the passengers) are NOT accepted for initial payment when travel is within 60 days. Please contact your Travel Consultant for options.

Terms & Conditions, Travel Protection Agreement (required)

By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing Berwick Travel or its chosen Tour Operator/Supplier to charge the listed amount to the credit card. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate and you understand that any discrepancy in spelling of names, dates of birth, package components after payment is applied may subject to change fees which are the responsibility of the client.
You also certify you have read the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. Viking guests must also read and understand Viking's specific Terms & Conditions and Cruise Ticket Contract. Cancellation penalties may apply if Travel Protection is waived, up to the full package price. Deposit is non-refundable once processed unless covered by Travel Protection. Travel Protection cost is not refundable for any reason, even if the package is cancelled by supplier(s).

Please note that you will not see a charge from Berwick Travel on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our supplier (Viking.) Payment may take 7-10 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement. Use of an airline-branded credit card or other benefit enabled card for a package purchase is not applicable for any airline-specific perks (free baggage, preferred boarding zone, etc.).

Payments must be received on your due date no later than 5PM ET weekdays/2PM ET Saturdays (or the time listed on your confirmation, whichever is earlier) or will be considered late, and rates/availability may not be able to be guaranteed.

If you are using Viking flights, please be aware that you will typically be able to make adjustments to your flights up to 75 days prior to your departure date. After that time (ticketing) no changes can be made without an additional fee.

By submitting payment and becoming an existing client of Berwick Travel, you consent to the collection and use of your email address by us for future promotional emails that deal with promotions and specials we are offering. Any promotional e-mails we send will have an “Unsubscribe” option. All of the contact information that we collect is protected against unapproved access, and we will not share your e-mail address with any other company or individual.

NOTICE: Travel in today’s environment is quite a bit different from not too long ago. Airlines have stricter restrictions, may require masks or instituted temperature screenings; hotels & cruise lines have enhanced safety and sanitation protocols and may have changed their standards and policies on site (some may now require masks in public space, require reservations for dinner, or limit restaurant & bar openings/capacity, and so on). You agree that you are aware of and understand these restrictions, as not adhering to what is required may result in denied boarding of the flight or issues/restrictions at hotel/cruise check in. You also agree that you understand and accept the risk of traveling during a global pandemic. Berwick Travel is only an agent of these travel suppliers and you agree to hold Berwick Travel harmless for any issues, restrictions, penalties, or cancellations that arise via new policies and procedures, or any medical conditions or illnesses in or attributed to your destination.
