All aspects of our trip to Iberostar Cozumel were coordinated perfectly through Berwick Travel.  Transfers were waiting at the airport and delivered our group of six to the resort quickly.  The Amstar concierge at the resort was helpful and offered a variety of interesting excursion options. Took Passau to Budapest cruise-scenery from boat and at each port were breathtaking.  Weather chilly and rainy during April cruise-really encourage travelers to check weather forecast before leaving home and pack accordingly.  Viking staff very friendly and accommodating-your wish is their command.

Steve and the entire Berwick team did an excellent job helping us to plan our Viking vacation. Steve and his team were quick to respond to questions from newbie cruisers. Carole helped us plan our honeymoon and she was super helpful and responsive! She was attentive to the kinds of things we wanted to do and provided options that fit. Just got back from a great trip to Punta Cana. I worked with Denise Auletto, told her what we were looking for & she delivered and i definitely(unintentionally)drove her crazy & she didn't miss a beat! The resort was beautiful, our suite was gorgeous and the service was top notch. Denise did a fabulous job with the choices & kept in touch & kept us up to date, made sure we had all of our travel documents to insure no hiccups! I will absolutely go back to Denise & Berwick Travel for all my travel needs!
